Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of this website, hatchtickets.co.uk. The site is published by Hatch Tickets Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17323782), registered office 195-197 Suite Ra01 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU ("Hatch", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What these terms do not cover
This page is about the website itself. Two things sit outside it:
- If you are a venue using Hatch, your relationship with us is governed by the services agreement you signed with us, not by this page. Where the two differ, your agreement applies.
- If you bought a ticket from a venue that uses Hatch, your contract is with that venue, not with us. The venue sells the ticket, takes the payment and runs the event. For anything about your booking, refunds or the event itself, please contact the venue, and see the venue's own terms on their booking page.
2. Using the site
You may use this site for your own information and to get in touch with us. You must not misuse it. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malware, collect data from it by automated means such as scraping, place an unreasonable load on it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access to the site if you do.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so fairly and in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest we endorse you. You must not frame the site on another website.
3. Our content
The site, and its text, design, images and branding, belong to Hatch or our licensors. You are welcome to view it and to print or share pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially, or use our name or logo, without our permission.
4. Information on the site
What we publish here is general information about what Hatch does. It is not an offer, and it does not form a contract. Anything we show about pricing is indicative: the fee that actually applies to a venue is the one set out in that venue's signed agreement with us. We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for information only. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from relying on anything published on it. Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data, and the cookies this site uses, are explained in our Privacy Notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Contact
