Everything Hatch does. In one place.
One fee, no add-on tiers, nothing held back for a bigger plan. Here is the whole toolkit, from your branded booking page to the marketing that quietly fills your next session. 76 things, all in the 3%.
A storefront that looks like you, live in minutes.
Your own booking page, carrying your name and your colours, ready to sell the moment you're set up.
Your own address on Hatch
A booking site at yourvenue.hatchtickets.co.uk, live the moment you're set up. Your name in the link, not a number on someone else's marketplace. No DNS, no developer.
Your brand throughout
Your logo, accent colour and typeface, carried right through to the checkout, all on our proven booking layout.
Day or after-dark look
A light or dark surface for the whole page, flipped with one toggle.
Leads with what's on
The page opens on your next bookable session, with live spaces on every slot.
Honest availability
Guests see live spaces, low-stock and sold-out states as they browse, so nobody drives over for a session that filled up hours ago.
Auto-designed posters
No photo yet? The page builds a smart typographic poster, so it never looks empty.
Selling-fast labels
Busy sessions get a quiet nudge that gently drives guests to book now.
One-tap session links
A shared time links straight into the flow with that session picked and tickets in view.
Works on any device
Mobile-first and fast, with nothing for your guests to install.
Sell whatever you put on, however you price it.
Skating, parties, holiday clubs, afternoon tea. Each with its own tickets, prices and times, under one venue.
Unlimited events
Add as many events as you run, each on sale in minutes with its own schedule.
Timed sessions, real capacity
Each slot has a set capacity and stops selling the moment it's full. No overbooking.
Multiple ticket types
Adult, child, spectator, whatever fits, each priced how you like.
Peak & off-peak pricing
Different prices by day or time of day, set once and applied automatically.
Add-ons & extras
Skate hire, party boxes and more, offered at the pay bar without being pushy.
Discount & voucher codes
Percentage or money off, whole-venue or one event, with min spend, usage caps and expiry.
Booking fees, your call
Absorb our fee or pass it on as a booking fee that's itemised at checkout, so guests always see exactly what they're paying for.
QR tickets by email
Sent instantly, with one-tap add-to-calendar buttons built in.
Guests self-serve
They can add, drop or move their own tickets without tying up your desk.
Bulk scheduling
Create a whole month of sessions across chosen days and times in one go.
Sold-out waitlists
When a session's full, guests join the waitlist instead of leaving. The moment a space opens, everyone waiting is emailed to book.
Your money, in your account, from the first sale.
You're the merchant of record on your own Stripe. Hatch never holds your funds, and takes an honest 3%.
Paid into your own Stripe
Takings land with you directly. Hatch is never in the middle of your money.
Cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay
Cards work from day one. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear as soon as they're switched on in your Stripe account.
Settled as you sell
Money arrives on your own Stripe payout schedule, not held back until after the event.
Refunds in a couple of clicks
Full or partial, straight from your dashboard, back the way it came.
Booking amendments
Change a booking and the payment reconciles itself, no spreadsheet gymnastics.
3% of what you sell
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no tier to be upgraded into. Stripe's card fees apply on top, as with any card payment.
The desk, the door and the till, in one place.
Everything you need to run a session, without three different tools fighting each other.

Today's sessions, bookings, takings and check-ins, all at a glance.

Scan guests in from any phone or tablet and see arrivals live.
Latecomers & no-shows
Mark them at the door and see them reflected in your numbers.
Walk-up bookings in seconds
Take a booking at the desk without leaving the screen you're on.
A till for walk-ins
The Sell screen takes cash, your own card machine, or a Stripe card reader connected to Hatch.
Card reader support
Sell in person through a connected terminal, tap to pay included.
End-of-day cash-up
Reconcile each till at close; walk-ins land in the same reports as online sales.
Capacity on the fly
Nudge a session's spaces up or down any time, right from the day view.
Close or reopen sessions
Stop new sales on a slot without deleting it or losing its bookings.
Live guest lists
See and export who's booked for any session, ready for the door.
Every booking goes and gets you the next one.
Nothing to set up and nothing to remember. It runs quietly in the background of every sale, and it's all in the 3%.
Share-the-plan button
One tap posts a guest's booking to their group chat, bringing their friends to the same session.
Day-after review asks
Automatic Google review prompts while the visit is still fresh in mind.
Abandoned-basket recovery
A gentle "your tickets are waiting" nudge an hour later rescues unfinished bookings.
Cross-selling confirmations
Every ticket email quietly shows guests what else you have on.
A mailing list that builds itself
An opt-in at checkout grows a consented list you own and can export whenever you like.
Print-ready QR poster
One click prints a branded "scan to book" poster for the till, door or window.
GDPR-clean by default
Unsubscribe in every marketing email, and consent handled for you throughout.
Set up to be found the moment you go live.
Your events are ready for Google and look right everywhere your link lands, with nothing to configure.
Google event data
Every session is published as structured data, the kind Google uses for event results.
Local-search data
Your address, contact and opening details are published as structured business data, the format local search reads.
Right when shared
Links preview with your photo and name in WhatsApp, Facebook and texts, never a blank box.
Per-event previews
Each event carries its own title and share image when its link is posted.
Auto sitemap & robots
Generated per venue, with dev and internal pages kept out of search engines.
Bring your own pixels
Add a Meta Pixel or Google Analytics ID and your page tracks visits and sales for your campaigns.
Ad tracking that survives
Sales are reported to Meta and Google from our servers as well as the browser, so more of your ad results survive blockers and iOS privacy settings.
Know exactly how you're doing.
A proper reporting suite, in plain numbers, that pulls online and walk-in sales into one picture.
A full reports suite
Overview, Planning, Guests, Money, Marketing and Year, all in one place.
Money, clearly split
Online versus in-person takings, refunds and discount usage, side by side.
Guest insight
New versus returning, no-shows, average booking lead time and your top customers.
Forward planning
How far ahead you're selling, your per-week fill, and how it compares to last year.
Waitlist demand
See how many guests are waiting on each sold-out session, so you know exactly when to add a date or more space.
Marketing results
List sign-ups, recovered checkouts, review asks and your booking funnel.
Export to CSV
Take any report away with you for your own accounts or board pack.
Group & owner views
Totals aggregated across every venue, with a per-venue drill-in when you need it.
Built for one venue or a whole group.
Give the right people the right access, and run many venues from a single login.
Staff roles
Owner, manager, door and viewer, each seeing only what they should.
Many venues, one login
Switch between venues, each keeping its own brand, booking page and Stripe.
Group administration
Owner-level oversight and reporting across every venue in a group.
Payout owners
Route each venue's takings to its legal owner's own Stripe, separate from the day-to-day operations group.
Serious about your data and your time.
The unglamorous things that matter when it's your takings and your customers' details.
Cyber Essentials certified
Independently certified under the UK Government-backed scheme, so our security baseline isn't just our word for it.
Card security and PCI
Card numbers never touch Hatch. Stripe handles them and is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, which puts most venues in the simplest self-assessment, SAQ A.
Your data stays in the UK
The core record sits in a database in London, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Two-factor login
Protect staff accounts with 2FA, so a password alone isn't the whole story.
Strict tenant isolation
Your data stays yours. Every request is scoped to your own venue.
Data export & offboarding
Your data and your Stripe account are yours to keep, always, even if you leave.
Monitored around the clock
Error monitoring means issues get spotted and fixed fast.
Help on every screen
A built-in support panel, reachable from any role on any page.
A founder, not a call centre
Real people who answer, and actually know the product.
Full detail of our sub-processors, data transfers, retention and breach commitments is in the Data Processing Agreement you receive when you join, and it's available on request. Security question or something to report? Email security@hatchtickets.co.uk.
From online-only to a full front desk.
The software is the same for every venue: no tiers, no feature gates, no monthly, no setup. Add hardware only if you need it, and only for as long as you need it.
Use what you already have
Any phone or tablet with a camera runs the dashboard, the door scanner and the till. There is nothing to install.
A card reader for in-person sales
A Stripe WisePOS E takes card payments at the desk. You buy it through Stripe, around £179 one-off, and it registers to your own Stripe account.
Or hire the kit from us
Running a one-off or a single season? Hire card readers, tablets and 4G for the dates you need and send them back after.
4G where there is no broadband
A mobile router gives the reader and the door device Wi-Fi anywhere with coverage, so a field or a pop-up works like a fixed site.
No monthly hardware fee
No rental tie-in and no PCI fee on the reader. You pay Stripe's per-transaction rate only when a card is actually tapped.
All of it, in the 3%.
Every feature on this page ships with every Hatch venue. No tiers, nothing held back, nothing to upgrade into.
